Например на статью Beasley, на которую вы ссылаетесь, есть ответ Lowe et al., где они показывают что:

We too have seen an association between paracetamol use in early life and increased risk of asthma, but found that the relation was spurious because it was confounded by respiratory infections.

И ответ Beasley и соавторов это подтверждает ("...in responding to Meharban Singh, J Lawrence and colleagues, and Adrian Lowe and colleagues, we reiterate that causality cannot be established from the ISAAC study").
